These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, web application, MCP endpoints, and related services offered by Jumon Intelligence ("Jumon," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Jumon lets you connect advertising platform accounts (such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Reddit Ads) and use MCP-compatible AI assistants to access advertising data and tools through our gateway.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of third-party advertising APIs.
You must create an account through our authentication provider and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to connect the advertising accounts you link to Jumon.

Your use of LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and other advertising platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies. Jumon is not responsible for those platforms' availability, actions, or policy enforcement.
Your use of MCP-compatible AI assistants is subject to those providers' terms. Jumon does not control how assistants process or retain data returned through tools.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and trial terms will be presented at checkout or in separate order forms. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
Jumon and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain rights to your data. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the Service, including hosting, processing, and transmitting data you submit and data retrieved from connected platforms on your instructions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that advertising data will be accurate or complete, or that integrations with third parties will continue without interruption.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUMON AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify Jumon against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your connected advertising accounts, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform policies.
You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting providers and closing your account where available.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jumon regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale.
